All tanks and housings are fully insulated to reduce both sound level and heat loss, which, together with entry and exit velocity air seals, ensure efficiency of operation.

With floor mounted pump systems for ease of maintenance, Vol-tec plants have an inbuilt first stage tank. A simple pump control monitors the level of solution, activating pumping to waste, thereby negating the need for sump pumps.

With running cost and noise levels in mind, Vol-tec pre-treatment plants are fitted with small bore burner systems to ensure optimal efficiency.

With quick release pipes and jets incorporated in design, a range of spray nozzles are available - from high pressure V jets to low pressure swirl nozzles. All fittings can be of stainless steel, uPVC or polypropylene.
