Vol-tec custom designs its ovens to suit customer requirements. All units are built with a wall thickness of 200mm of mineral wool insulation and have three separate steel walls to inhibit heat loss. Built in modular format to ensure easy transportation and fast installation, they are powder coated to a very high standard.

We offer ovens of all configurations, from simple batch types to single and multi pass conveyorised models and other more complex arrangements.

Fitted with high efficiency burners and a ducted air distributor system, our custom designed ovens not only operate very effectively, they also look the part with their cassetted powder coated finish.
